Tire Technician

Point S Tire & Auto Service has served the Taos community for over 40 years. We are looking for individuals who are ready to start or continue an automotive career. We offer signing bonuses, training and a five-day work week. Take a chance and rise to the top with our team!

Point S in Taos is seeking reliable and dependable tire techs to join our team. Experience a plus but not required and we offer training to all those interested.

Primary Duties

· Install, repair, and perform all tires services on all makes and models of automotive, light trucks, lawn and garden, trailers and specific industrial equipment

· Maintain a clean workstation and shop

· Loading and unloading of shipping containers and trucks

Requirements

· TIA certification must be completed within first 90 days

· Valid Driver’s license

· Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds without assistance

· Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment

· Should be physically fit and able to stand for periods of time over 8 hours daily

· Ability to take instruction and be able to adapt to changing work assignments

Pay ranges from $15.00-$18.00 depending on experience.

Our benefits include holiday pay after probation period and paid PTO after one year of continuous employment.

Part time and full-time positions available.
